While
every effort is made to match the right maid to each employer's
special needs, there may be situations when employers
find that a maid is not to their satisfaction. Worthy
Workers is just a call away and always available to assist
in such situations.

REPLACEMENT PERIOD
There is a replacement period of 6 months for Filipino
maids and 3 months for Indonesian maids. These time periods
are determined by the authorities in the maids' home country.
Each replacement during this time period comes with a
fee for official expenses. Beyond the Replacement Period,
the full cost of engaging a new maid will apply in addition
to the usual cost of the current maid's airfare home.
Should it also be necessary to remove the maid from your
home pending her departure, we are available to assist
you.

SPECIAL PACKAGE
If you invest in our Special Package - the first replacement
is included in the cost. Subsequent replacements will
involve a fee for official expenses.

REPATRIATION
If
the maid is leaving, we will submit the relevant documents
to the Ministry of Manpower on the employer's behalf;
thereby informing them of the maid's departure and the
cancellation of the work permit. Employers will need to
buy an air ticket for the maid and take her to the airport.
Contact us for good value airfares. If you are unable
to send the maid to the airport, we can help you with
this for a small fee.

TRANSFERS
If
the employer and the maid agree on a transfer to a new
household this can also be arranged. The maid will be
required to pay the agency the equivalent of one month's
wages to cover the cost of finding a new employer. This
typically takes two to three weeks for us to arrange.
During this time the maid can continue her duties in your
household or if a new employer has been found, we can
temporarily house the maid for the new employer until
they are ready to receive her. Transferring a maid will
eliminate the cost of the maid's airfare back to her own
country. Worthy Workers will arrange for the maid to be
picked up at your home and sent to the new employer.
